Italian tradition, reimagined as a modern honey-and-almond snack.

AmoreZero is a soft Italian sweet snack inspired by traditional torrone, made in small artisanal batches with over 60% whole roasted almonds and raw honey as the only sweetener.

AmoreZero began with an Italian family’s search for a simple, recognizable snack and a decision to revisit the culinary traditions they knew best. Inspired by classic torrone, they spent 16 months developing a softer recipe centered on raw honey and a high percentage of almonds.

After building a life in Italy, the family moved to the United States with their young daughter. Their search for a snack made with familiar ingredients eventually led them back to Italian confectionery and to a small artisanal laboratory in Italy.
The resulting product is made without refined sugar, glucose syrup, corn syrup, artificial colors or artificial preservatives. Almonds are roasted for each batch, the mixture is slowly cooked, and each piece is individually wrapped.

“A modern interpretation of Italian torrone, made to carry a piece of Italy into everyday American life.”

Full Story from the creators and producers:

We come from Italy, a joyful land of dreamers, artists, and inventors. Where beauty, creativity, and authentic food celebrate la Dolce Vita. We carry a heritage of flavors infused with ancient wisdom.
We grew up with the icons of Happy Days and Charlie’s Angels, and with the exciting stories of our American uncles when they returned to Italy on vacation. They spoke of a magical land of freedom and endless possibilities.
This is the America we learned to love: The place where people build better lives by chasing dreams. In Italy, we had an established life: a beautiful company, many friends. We were doing well, but we carried the American dream with us from childhood and longed for a larger family.

Then, at 45 years old, she arrived: our daughter. An unexpected miracle after years of waiting, almost too late. At that moment, everything changed. That which had been sufficient for us was suddenly no longer for her. She deserved the best: that free world full of opportunities that we had always dreamed of. For that long-awaited, so precious little girl, we had the courage to change everything.
So, in a few months we sold everything we had built, obtained the visas, and arrived in America. It was like entering those stories of the childhood, indeed better than we had imagined. We found the warmth of other Italians who had preceded us and genuine friendships of Americans who shared our choice. This land truly embraced us, transforming our vision into reality.

When she started school, we needed healthy snacks for the breaks. The few that we had found were not tasty, and after a few days, she no longer liked them. We were looking for something truly healthy, no artificial sugar. No industrial syrups, No gluten, no lactose, no cholesterol. Naturally rich in proteins. This “simple” search turned into a nightmare. Our problem was everyone’s problem. We discovered that 1 of 5 children in the U.S. is obese, tripled in the last 30 years. Other parents hadn’t found a solution either.

Analyzing labels, we found the problem: those omnipresent “white poisons.” The question wasn’t if we’d find a snack, but if we could trust what was out there. Refined sugars and industrial syrups that dominate the majority of processed foods. Often highly processed with chemical processes and additives.
We looked to our culinary heritage: ancient Italian recipes. Among these, a jewel: the Torrone recipe from 1600. Soft nougat with dried fruit, honey, and egg white, perfect for our needs. But even this treasure had been contaminated by modern industry with sugar and glucose syrup, depriving it of its healthy essence.

We searched everywhere in America, but artisanal nougat requires mastery and equipment that exist only in Italy, Skills handed down through generations. We refused compromises.
Our adventure began in an Italian artisanal lab, where we experimented with passion.
Every trial was a lesson. We invested every cent, facing endless doubts during sleepless nights. A single ingredient change created new imbalances. We studied, learned, consulted experts, analyzed, and continued with determination, consolidating every small progress.

We replaced refined sugar and industrial syrups with natural raw honey. Drastically reduced the cooking temperature to preserve beneficial nutrients, used fresh almonds toasted at the moment instead of ones toasted months earlier, doubled the almonds and eggs, reduced sweetness completely naturally, without altering its true taste.
After 16 months of dedication, everything was in its right place. We created a unique recipe. Indulgence without compromise. Nutrition without sacrifice.

AmoreZero, produced in Italy, is immediately packaged in practical single portions. Shipped to America, carrying irreplaceable Italian authenticity. Rich, soft, fragrant, ready to enjoy anywhere.
The reactions of the first customers confirmed to us that it was worth it. Their thanks went beyond the snack—they shared stories of liberation from sugar addiction. AmoreZero was born: truly unique, perfect for active days, family moments, and quiet indulgence. What began from love for our daughter became our mission: fighting refined sugars by spreading honey’s incredible properties.
We’re building a healthier America where indulgence and ethics unite. We make conscious choices delicious. Discover what love and authenticity can do.
