I buongustai si danno appuntamento sull’Appennino Parmense per la 25esima edizione della Fiera Nazionale del Fungo Porcino di Albareto, che si terrà dal 30 settembre al 2 ottobre. In programma un gustosissimo fine settimana, tra profumati stand enogastronomici, menu a “tutto fungo” nel grande ristorante nel Parco dei Pini, che ospiterà anche le serate di musica, eventi legati alla micologia, show cooking, degustazioni di vini, eventi e laboratori per bambini, oltre ai mercati enogastronomico, biologico, agricolo e ambulante che animeranno le vie del centro.
Albareto sorge proprio nel cuore della zona vocata al Fungo IGP di Borgotaro, prodotto di qualità superiore tutelato dal 1993. La manifestazione è anche gemellata dal 2012 con la Fiera del Tartufo Bianco di Alba (CN) e prevederà la partecipazione di aziende delle Langhe con le specialità tipiche.
La Fiera Nazionale del Fungo Porcino di Albareto, risultato dell’efficienza e della dedizione dei volontari, è patrocinata dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e nasce in collaborazione con il Comune di Albareto, il Consorzio del Fungo IGP, la Provincia di Parma, la Regione Emilia Romagna e il Circolo Culturale l’Albero. Gourmets meet on the Parma Apennines for the 25th edition of the National Fair of Porcini Mushroom of Albareto, which will be held from 30 September to 2 October.
