La Basilicata è tra le 12 migliori destinazioni al mondo da visitare nel 2023. Lo dice la prestigiosa rivista “Vogue”, che in questo fine anno ha inserito la Basilicata nella sua speciale short list insieme a Giappone, Scozia, Patagonia, Singapore. Non si tratta solo di destinazioni già famose, ma come dice il managing director di Virtuoso, il principale network al mondo per il turismo di lusso, a creare tendenza oggi sono anche le vacanze “intenzionalmente isolate”, in luoghi remoti e poco abitati, per lasciarsi tutto alle spalle.
“L’inserimento della Basilicata nella selezione più esclusiva della prestigiosa rivista Vogue, nella sua edizione internazionale, ci inorgoglisce perché significa che non abbiamo seminato invano. È un risultato che appartiene a tutte le istituzioni e a tutti gli operatori della filiera turistica lucana, ma al tempo stesso ci consegna ulteriori responsabilità.
